Key Responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls/messages to potential and existing customers
  • Promote travel packages, offers, and services
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings
  • Follow up with interested clients regularly
  • Maintain customer database and update CRM
  • Understand customer needs and suggest suitable packages
  • Achieve monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with ticketing and operations team for bookings
  • Handle client queries and provide proper solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum +2 / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
  • Experience in sales, telemarketing, or travel industry is a plus
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English and Nepali (Hindi is a bonus)
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
