About the Role


D&H Secheron is looking for a Sales Engineer to manage end‑to‑end sales and market development for Conventional welding consumables and Lotherm products in Butwal and surrounding regions. The role involves territory ownership, channel management, customer engagement, and application‑based selling across key industrial sectors.



Key Responsibilities


  • Full responsibility for territory sales performance (Conventional & Lotherm).
  • Achieve assigned volume, value, and market share targets.
  • Develop and manage dealers/distributors to ensure effective coverage.
  • Drive business across industries such as sugar, cement, steel, power plants, hydro projects, and fabrication.
  • Identify and develop new customers, projects, and applications.
  • Provide technical sales support, product guidance, and demonstrations.
  • Build strong relationships with fabricators and industrial customers.
  • Monitor secondary sales, collections, market trends, and competitor activity.
  • Share regular sales reports and coordinate with internal teams.



Qualifications & Requirements


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Welding, Metallurgical Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in industrial / welding consumables sales preferred.
  • Exposure to project sales and fabrication‑intensive industries is an advantage.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
  • Ability to work independently with full territory ownership and travel within the region.
