Job Description
Maintain and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems to ensure efficient plant operations. Support equipment installation, monitor performance, maintain maintenance records, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and monitor mechanical and electrical systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electro-mechanical equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults to minimize downtime.
- Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of new machinery and equipment.
- Monitor plant performance metrics and suggest improvements for efficiency and safety.
- Coordinate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
- Provide technical support during audits, inspections, and project implementations.
- Assist in sourcing spare parts, consumables, and maintenance tools.
- Perform additional engineering and technical duties as assigned by senior management.
