This is a full-time on-site role for a food and beverage assocuiate at Lavie Garden located in Bouddha, Kathmandu. We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a warm and friendly demeanor. You will play a key role in providing attentive service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Educational background in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, or Tourism Studies.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in a restaurant, hotel, or café setting
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Knowledge of POS systems, order handling, and customer service standards is an advantage
- Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of different types of cuisine, and basic math skills for handling payment transactions.
