About Us
MTR Kamalpokhari is a South Indian restaurant in Kathmandu known for authentic flavors and warm hospitality. We are also expanding to Mustang, offering great growth opportunities for our team.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Captain to manage daily service operations and lead the service team to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily restaurant operations
- Lead and guide service staff
- Ensure service standards, hygiene, and table setup
- Handle guest feedback and complaints
- Coordinate with kitchen for smooth service
- Monitor stock and basic inventory
- Support new outlet setup (Mustang, if required)
Requirements
- 2–4 years experience in a similar role
- Hotel Management degree/diploma preferred
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel if needed
