Job Description
Holiday Inn Express Pokhara is a modern, internationally branded hotel located near Lakeside Road, close to Pokhara’s key tourist and commercial areas. The hotel offers 90 comfortable guest rooms, an all-day dining restaurant, bar & lounge, lobby lounge, a 213 sqm meeting and events space, and a fitness centre.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible to develop and maintain strong client partnerships to drive bookings, events, and long-term revenue growth

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

  • Conduct sales activities with integrity, professionalism, and in compliance with brand guidelines.
  • Develop tactical and strategic sales and marketing plans to drive hotel-level sales performance, and market share position.
  • Serve as a point of contact for VIP and repeat clients to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments (Marketing, Revenue, Operations) to ensure alignment of sales strategies.
  • Identify and pursue new market segments, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

What We need from you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in hotel/resort sales, preferably in corporate, MICE, and leisure segments.
  • Fluency in both Nepalese and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of guests.
  • Experience with new business development and account management.
  • Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, industry related software desired.
