Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Social Media Manager to grow and engage our online community. You will lead content planning, design, posting, community interaction and performance analysis across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals
- Plan and schedule content calendars in coordination with creative and editorial teams
- Create social media post, story & video shorts/reels, write engaging captions, manage posting, and maintain brand voice across channels
- Monitor social media trends and implement timely campaigns
- Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports
- Manage community interactions and respond to comments and messages professionally
- 2+ years experience managing social media accounts (brand or agency side)
- Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, graphic design, and basic analytics
- Strong writing and communication skills in English and Nepali
- Good understanding of content formats (reels, stories, photo post, carousel post)
- Creative mindset and ability to generate fresh ideas consistently
