Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and motivated Salesperson to help our customers find what they need and provide excellent service. You will be responsible for understanding customer needs, presenting products, and processing payments as well as creating content for the product. If you enjoy talking to people and have a knack for selling, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products.
- Understand customer needs and recommend items that fit their requirements.
- Explain the features and benefits of our products/services clearly.
- Handle transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Create videos and reels of the products.
- Handle customer returns or complaints professionally.
Job Specification
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required (we are willing to train the right person).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods (if applicable).
