Job Description
The Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and acting as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, resolving issues, and supporting long-term customer retention and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and ensure a premium first impression
- Manage customer appointments, job cards, and service flow coordination
- Explain service processes, timelines, and basic service details
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and workshop team for timely updates
- Ensure follow-up calls post-service for feedback and satisfaction
- Maintain CRM records and customer data accuracy
- Promote value-added services, AMC, and accessories when applicable
