Job Description
We are looking for a Nursing Supervisor to oversee and manage our homecare services while also supporting the training of caregiver students at our academy.
The role involves supervising caregivers, monitoring patient care quality, coordinating with families, and conducting basic training sessions for caregiver trainees.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor caregivers providing homecare services to clients.
- Assess patient conditions and ensure appropriate care plans are followed.
- Coordinate with caregivers and families regarding patient care updates and needs.
- Conduct orientation and basic training sessions for caregiver students.
- Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and record-keeping of homecare cases.
- Guide caregivers in maintaining patient hygiene, mobility support, and safety practices.
- Conduct home visits when required to review the quality of care provided.
- Support management in improving and expanding homecare services.
Qualifications
- PCL Nursing or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BN/BSc Nursing) from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license from the Nepal Nursing Council.
- Minimum 2–3 years of clinical experience in a hospital, community, or homecare setting.
- Experience in homecare services, patient supervision, or community health will be an advantage.
- Interest or experience in teaching or training caregiver / nursing assistant students.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with healthcare standards and policies.
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a healthcare setting will be an advantage.
Salary : NPR 30,000 – 40,000 per month
