Provide routine training to the team regarding the SLA, Sort and linehaul operational Process
Monitoring the Sort and linehaul operations performance such as Sort inbound KPI, Linehaul lead time performance to ensure better seller and Customer Experience.
Overseeing 5s and 6s implementation of the facility and ensure SOPs are implemented without fail.
