Job Description

We are looking for compassionate and skilled Staff Nurses to provide patient care across multiple stations in our fertility centers. The role involves clinical support, patient counselling, documentation, and adherence to hospital protocols to ensure safe and effective care.

Freshers with the required qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Work

  • Provide direct and indirect patient care, including emergency care support

  • Work on rotational basis across:

  • USG Room: Positioning patients, documenting findings, counselling, medication and treatment documentation, donor-related activities in coordination with Donor Coordinator

  • Injection Room: Administer prescribed injections, maintain injection/drug stock, ensure cold chain compliance

  • Ward / OT / PCPNDT Room: Assist with patient procedures and care

  • Follow all SOPs and infection control measures

Documentation & Reporting

  • Record accurate patient/donor medical history

  • Maintain both physical and digital patient records

  • File regulatory forms/consents per PCPNDT guidelines

  • Submit PCPNDT forms timely to the office

  • Maintain inventory and usage records for injections, drugs, and equipment

Communication & Patient Care

  • Counsel patients and their families, explaining procedures clearly

  • Address patient concerns using multidisciplinary team approaches

  • Ensure patient privacy, confidentiality, and comfort at all times

  • Attend to physical, emotional, and developmental needs of patients

Quality & Safety Management

  • Ensure compliance with SOPs, universal protection, biomedical hazard, and infection control protocols

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment

  • Safeguard hospital equipment, linen, and supplies

  • Participate in emergency drills, including CPR and fire drills


Job Specification

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience in hospital nursing preferred (freshers eligible)

  • Strong patient care, counselling, and communication skills

  • Attention to detail in documentation and record keeping

  • Knowledge of infection control and hospital safety standards

  • Team-oriented with ability to handle multidisciplinary coordination
