Role Description
We are looking for a Barista to join our team in Kathmandu for a full-time on-site position. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverage orders, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the workspace. Daily tasks include managing the espresso machine, handling food preparation, taking and serving orders, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers. The role requires collaboration with the team to ensure seamless operations and exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Expertise in Barista responsibilities, including preparation of beverages and operating coffee-making equipment
- Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience and address needs courteously
- Basic Food Preparation skills with attention to health and hygiene standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Punctuality, reliability, and passion for delivering quality service
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus but not mandatory
- High school diploma or equivalent education preferred
