Role Description
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our Tourism and Hospitality Department in Pokhara. The ideal candidate will support the department in identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and helping expand the company’s presence in the tourism market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the tourism and hospitality sector
- Build and maintain relationships with travel agencies, hotels, tour operators, and partners
- Support the Head of the department in business strategy and market expansion
- Conduct market research and analyze tourism trends
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and partnership agreements
- Assist in achieving departmental sales and growth targets
- Report progress and activities to the Head of the department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related field
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Interest in tourism and hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Basic knowledge of business development and marketing
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
