Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender located in Kathmandu. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Duties also include handling cash transactions accurately, maintaining a clean and organized work area, keeping up-to-date with menu offerings, and adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. The Bartender will also contribute to creating a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure positive guest experiences and handle customer requests efficiently
- Experience in Food & Beverage preparation with an understanding of drink ingredients and service standards
- Proficiency in Bartending, including mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to recipes
- Basic Cash Handling skills for processing transactions accurately and responsibly
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of local and international beverages is a plus
- Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment preferred but not mandatory
