Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Receptionist position located in Kathmandu. The Receptionist will be responsible for managing the front desk, greeting guests, answering and redirecting phone calls, assisting with general inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling clerical tasks. The role involves ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere for all clients and visitors.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and organizing
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience in providing outstanding Customer Service
  • Ability to multitask and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using standard office software such as MS Office
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related areas are advantageous
