Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position in Kathmandu for an Events / Banquet Supervisor. The primary responsibilities include overseeing the planning and execution of events and banquets, ensuring smooth food service operations, supervising staff, maintaining customer satisfaction, and facilitating customer service excellence. The role requires leading by example and maintaining communication with clients and staff to ensure exceptional event execution.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills, with experience in managing staff and coordinating complex event operations
- Proficiency in Food Service, including coordinating catering and ensuring high-quality service
- Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to create a positive guest experience and address concerns effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients, team members, and vendors effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems efficiently
- Experience in events and hospitality management is a plus
- Relevant diploma or degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or related field preferred
Banquet / Events Venue Experience is a Must.
