Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Friday)


Position Overview

ARKBO Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Business Development Manager who will be responsible for driving sales growth, building client relationships, and developing a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in sales strategy, client acquisition, and market expansion within the technology or IT services industry.

This role requires a professional who is capable of forming, mentoring, and leading a sales team while directly contributing to revenue generation and business expansion.


Key Responsibilities:


B2B Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities in corporate, enterprise, institutional, and government sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and convert prospects into long-term clients.


Client Acquisition and Relationship Management

  • Acquire new enterprise and institutional clients for software solutions and IT services.
  • Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business and referrals.


Sales Team Development and Leadership

  • Build and lead a business development and sales team focused on B2B sales.
  • Mentor and guide team members to improve sales performance and productivity of overall business development.


Proposal, Tender and Contract Management

  • Prepare business proposals, quotations, and solution presentations for potential clients.
  • Lead negotiations and finalize contracts and service agreements.
  • Assist in preparing tender proposals and enterprise bids.


Market Research and Opportunity Identification

  • Conduct market research to identify new industries, clients, and opportunities for software solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to improve sales strategy.


Sales Reporting and Performance Monitoring

  • Track and analyze sales pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue performance.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to senior management.


Networking and Business Promotion

  • Represent the company in industry events, business meetings, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop strategic partnerships that contribute to business growth.


Digital Marketing and Branding Support

  • Support the management of organizational digital presence (Website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google).
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation and branding activities with sales objectives.


Requirements:


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.


Experience

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in B2B sales within the software or IT industry.
  • Proven track record of closing enterprise or corporate sales deals.
  • Experience selling software solutions, IT services, SaaS products, or enterprise systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in building or managing a sales team is highly preferred.
