Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks will include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, maintaining client accounts, preparing sales reports, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development: Proven experience in sales management, lead generation, and creating effective sales strategies.
- Client Relationship Management: Skills in building and maintaining strong client relationships, conducting client meetings, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and trend identification to inform sales strategies.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Ability to lead, motivate, and train the sales team while fostering collaboration across departments.
- Communication and Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively to clients and stakeholders.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other digital tools beneficial for sales activities.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, and relevant experience in a managerial sales role.
- Local Market Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the Nepali market and business environment is a plus.
