Job Summary:
The Client Servicing role serves as a key liaison between the organization and its clients, ensuring seamless communication, efficient coordination, and consistent service delivery. The position focuses on building strong client relationships while supporting business objectives and maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
> Communicate regularly with clients and maintain strong relationships.
> Work closely with client team to understand the client business strategy, plans & requirements.
> Work with the team to help develop brand strategy including digital marketing strategy & execution plans for the client. This would entail close coordination with the client teams.
> Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
> Serve as a resource for the Organization with respect to translation of client requirements
for implementation on various digital & offline initiatives including specific campaign
plans.
> Prepare reports and ensure service quality and client satisfaction
> Handle client queries, follow-ups, and feedback, Ensure client satisfaction and service
quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
> Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
> Proven communication skills with the ability to handle clients professionally.
> Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali. Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
> Ability to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
> Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
> Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
