Role Description

The Associate Director of Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, Nepal. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and identifying business development opportunities to drive revenue growth. Responsibilities also include leading and mentoring the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goals. The Associate Director of Sales will also monitor market trends and provide strategic insights to optimize sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Operations, with a track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong skills in Business Development, including identifying and securing new revenue opportunities
- Experience in Customer Service and establishing long-term client relationships
- Demonstrated ability in Team Management and leading a sales team to success
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and data analysis for sales insights
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in the luxury hospitality industry is a significant advantage
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
