Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Call existing customers to maintain relationships and provide product updates.
  • Contact potential customers to introduce company products.
  • Explain features and benefits of products such as tubular batteries, automotive batteries, air coolers, and e-rickshaw batteries.
  • Identify potential leads and pass them to the sales team.
  • Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
  • Update customer database regularly.
  • Respond to customer enquiries politely and professionally.
  • Handle complaints and provide basic support.
  • Good communication skills in Nepali and Hindi (English is a plus).
  • Basic knowledge of sales or customer service.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers.

 

 

Job Specification
  • Minimum High School (10+2); Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Relevant training in sales or communication is a plus.

  • Freshers can apply (with strong communication skills).

  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in [local language + English if needed].

  • Persuasive and convincing personality.

  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs.

  • Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to handle objections and resolve queries professionally.
