Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Call existing customers to maintain relationships and provide product updates.
- Contact potential customers to introduce company products.
- Explain features and benefits of products such as tubular batteries, automotive batteries, air coolers, and e-rickshaw batteries.
- Identify potential leads and pass them to the sales team.
- Maintain records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups.
- Update customer database regularly.
- Respond to customer enquiries politely and professionally.
- Handle complaints and provide basic support.
- Good communication skills in Nepali and Hindi (English is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of sales or customer service.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and confidence while speaking with customers.
Job Specification
Minimum High School (10+2); Bachelor’s degree preferred
Relevant training in sales or communication is a plus.
Freshers can apply (with strong communication skills).
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage.
Excellent verbal communication skills in [local language + English if needed].
Persuasive and convincing personality.
Active listening skills to understand customer needs.
Basic computer literacy, including MS Office and CRM software.
Ability to handle objections and resolve queries professionally.
