About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Assistant – Loan & Recovery to handle loan processing, follow-ups, collections, and client coordination within the Kathmandu Valley and Outside Valley as well. The role involves regular field visits, so a valid two-wheeler driving license and personal bike are mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
Loan Support:
· Assist clients with loan applications, document collection, and verification.
· Conduct field visits to clients and showrooms for loan-related activities.
· Coordinate with internal teams for efficient loan processing.
· Maintain accurate records of loan accounts and client communications.
· Respond to client queries regarding loan terms, payments, and procedures.
· Prepare and submit reports on loan processing and client follow-ups.
Recovery Support:
· Monitor overdue loan accounts and follow up with clients for repayment.
· Conduct field visits, calls, and written communications for recovery.
· Prepare regular reports on loan disbursements and recovery progress.
· Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred; however, students currently pursuing their bachelor’s studies are also encouraged to apply.
· Valid two-wheeler driving license and personal bike are mandatory.
· 1 year of experience in loan, recovery, or customer service preferred (freshers can apply).
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Ability to work independently and handle field visits effectively.
