We are looking for a results-driven Sales Support Rep – Email & Chat who can deliver world-class written support while identifying revenue opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and retention.

This is a fully remote, non-voice position focused entirely on professional written communication. If you enjoy solving customer concerns and naturally identifying sales opportunities within conversations, this role is for you.

Your Responsibilities

Customer Support & Retention

  • Handle customer inquiries via email and live chat.
  • Resolve product and order concerns accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and fast resolution times.
  • Identify potential churn risks and implement proactive retention strategies.

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities during support interactions.
  • Educate customers on premium features, add-ons, and expanded services.
  • Clearly communicate product value and return on investment.
  • Contribute to monthly expansion and retention revenue targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, or Inside Sales (SaaS or E-commerce preferred).
  • Excellent written English communication skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Experience with helpdesk tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, or similar systems.
  • Strong KPI-driven mindset focused on service quality and revenue growth.
  • Understanding of e-commerce operations and online customer experience.
