Salary range of 25,000 - 27,500 NPR per month.

Communication and meal stipend also available.


We are looking for a GUEST EXPERIENCES OFFICER (GEO) at Nextdoor locations in Kathmandu valley (Kupondole and Ratopul). We are a creative workspace that demands attention to details and openness to people and cultures.


This position requires someone who can take a lead in creating a casual, relaxed ambience for our guests at Nextdoor. GEO core work is facilitating the guest journey - from inquiries to check-in to activities to follow up - and ensuring that we curate a truly memorable experience.


We are looking for someone interested in a long-term role and growing with us over time. At Nextdoor, we are building sustained opportunities in immersive travel and hospitality, with clear pathways for continued learning and responsibility.


WHAT YOU WILL DO


  • Execute all Front Desk processes, checklists, and guest reservations
  • Coordinate guest receivables and maintain payment systems
  • Know your guest needs and understand their perspectives towards services
  • Identify activities and coordinate logistics to create business opportunities
  • Contribute to basic social media updates that reflect the Nextdoor experience
  • Ensure that our social spaces embody our brand values
  • Coordinate with supervisors to maintain all services and amenities
  • Support the team in maintaining online presence and building positive guest reviews



WHAT YOU MUST HAVE


  • At least one year of experience within the hospitality or service industry
  • A passion for your city and for independent travel
  • A genuine interest in meeting people & exploring the city - art, music, culture, etc
  • Knowledge of social media and role of user-generated reviews in hospitality
  • Ability to stay composed and enjoy a fast-paced work environment
  • Organisational skills and project management ability
  • Courage to propose new ideas and humility in evaluating staff performance
