Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Office Executive, located in Ilam, with flexibility for some remote work. The Front Office Executive will manage daily receptionist duties and provide outstanding customer service to guests and visitors. Responsibilities will include handling front office operations, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills to build rapport with guests and colleagues
- Experience in Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Excellent Communication skills for clear and effective interaction with guests and team members
- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience
- Knowledge of Front Office operations, including scheduling, reservations, and managing inquiries
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly in handling guest concerns
- Previous experience in hospitality or a customer-facing role is an advantage
- Professional appearance and ability to maintain a welcoming demeanor
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
