We are looking for an Email / Chat / Voice Customer Sales Agent who enjoys interacting with customers, solving problems, and helping people find the right products.
In this role, you will support customers through email, live chat, and phone while also identifying opportunities to recommend products and assist customers in completing their purchases.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with orders, product questions, shipping concerns, returns, and account issues.
- Provide clear, professional, and friendly communication.
- Ensure customer concerns are resolved accurately and in a timely manner.
- Recommend products based on customer needs and preferences.
- Inform customers about promotions, bundles, or available offers.
- Help convert customer inquiries into completed purchases.
- Support customer satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or call center roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable assisting customers through email, chat, and voice calls.
- Experience using CRM or helpdesk platforms is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
