Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer, located in Kathmandu. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visual content and designs that align with project requirements, collaborating with the marketing and creative teams, and delivering high-quality digital and print materials. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing designs, preparing layouts for websites, social media, and other promotional materials, and ensuring brand consistency. The role also involves staying updated on design trends and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Qualifications
- Graphic Design, Branding, and Typography skills
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with UI/UX Design and familiarity with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
- Excellent understanding of color theory, layout design, and imagery
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently
- Experience in animation and motion graphics tools (After Effects or similar software) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
