Job Title: Ed-tech and Academy Manager

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Ed-tech and Academy Manager to lead and manage our online learning division. The ideal candidate will oversee content creation, online course production, platform management, corporate training coordination, and lead generation follow-up. This role requires both academic expertise and operational excellence in digital education delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Online Course Recording & Academic Oversight

Ø Lead and supervise the recording of online classes.

Ø Possess strong subject-matter expertise in the courses being delivered.

Ø Ensure high academic quality and structured curriculum development.

  1. Video Production & Post-Production Management

Ø Oversee video editing, post-production processes, and content optimization.

Ø Ensure professional-quality audio, visuals, and instructional delivery.

Ø Coordinate with editors and technical teams to maintain production standards.

  1. Learning Management System (LMS) & Platform Management

Ø Manage and monitor online learning platforms.

Ø Upload, structure, and maintain course content.

Ø Stay updated with new technologies and demonstrate eagerness to learn evolving digital platforms.

  1. Communication & Leadership

Ø Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ø Coordinate effectively with faculty, technical teams, and marketing teams.

Ø Represent the academy professionally in meetings and events.

  1. B2B Corporate Training & Client Management

Ø Engage with corporate clients for training programs and seminars.

Ø Develop customized training proposals and presentations.

Ø Maintain long-term business relationships and identify new corporate opportunities.


  1. Market & Course Development

Ø Stay updated on trending courses, industry demands, and skill gaps.

Ø Initiate development of new courses aligned with market needs.

Ø Conduct competitor and market research.

  1. Lead Management & Follow-Up

Ø Manage Meta leads (Facebook/Instagram lead campaigns).

Ø Ensure timely follow-up and conversion tracking.

Ø Coordinate with sales/marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Ø Minimum of 5 years’ experience in above mentioned role including 2-3 years in leadership role.

Ø Proven experience in online education, training, or academy management.

Ø Strong understanding of video recording and post-production processes.

Ø Knowledge of LMS platforms and online course management.

Ø Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ø Experience handling B2B clients and corporate partnerships.

Ø Familiarity with digital marketing tools, especially Meta lead management.

Ø Proactive, tech-savvy, and market-oriented mindset.
