Job Description
Position: Educational Counsellor (UK & Australia)Key Responsibilities:- Provide professional counselling to students interested in studying in the UK and Australia.
- Assess students’ academic background, career goals, and financial capacity to recommend suitable courses and universities.
- Guide students through the complete admission process, including university selection, application preparation, documentation, and follow-ups.
- Assist students in preparing SOPs, personal statements, CVs, and other required documents.
- Provide accurate guidance on visa requirements and processes for the UK and Australia.
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions for admissions and updates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UK and Australian education systems, immigration policies, and scholarship opportunities.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain student records in CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly targets related to applications, admissions, and enrollments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional representatives.
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in any relevant field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an Educational Counsellor, specifically for the UK and Australia destinations.
- Strong knowledge of UK and Australian universities, courses, admission criteria, and visa processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- Professional, presentable, and student-focused personality.
- Strong documentation and follow-up skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
