This is a full-time hybrid role based in Toronto, ON, where flexibility allows for some work from home. As the Admissions Administrative Coordinator, you will manage day-to-day administrative tasks, support admissions processes, and provide exceptional customer service to prospective and current students. Your responsibilities include coordinating admissions-related activities, maintaining accurate records, assisting with financial aid documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and stakeholders. The role also involves ensuring timely responses to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and contributing to a positive and efficient admissions experience.
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries and support student needs effectively.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to handle documentation, scheduling, and related tasks efficiently.
- Foundational understanding of Finance to assist with financial aid and scholarship documentation processes.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in office software and tools such as Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; experience in education consultancy or student admissions would be an asset.
