Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Kathmandu, with some flexibility for remote work. The Education Counsellor will assist students in identifying suitable educational pathways and institutions based on their goals and aspirations. Responsibilities include providing guidance on career opportunities, addressing student queries, coordinating application processes, and maintaining professional relationships with students and educational stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
Proficiency in Career Counseling and a solid understanding of Education systems and opportunities
Exceptional Communication skills, including listening, speaking, and written correspondence
Ability to connect with students and parents, offering empathetic and personalized guidance
Relevant experience or background in the education sector is an advantage
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
