Training Executive,Officer
Job Description
The role is responsible for delivering training and development initiatives to optimize sales performance within the agency channel.
Main Responsibilities
- Regularly consult with stakeholders to identify training needs and design, develop & implement comprehensive training programs.
- Deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and seminars using a variety of instructional methods suited to different learning modes.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities, track participant progress, and evaluate training effectiveness; recommend and implement improvements as required.
- Enter and update training data in designated tracking systems and databases.
- Prepare and present training metrics and reports as agreed with stakeholders.
- Coordinate training logistics, including schedules, venues, and learning materials.
- Provide regular feedback to stakeholders to support continuous improvement in training effectiveness.
- Support projects and system improvement initiatives as required by the business.
- At least two years of relevant work experience along with experience in training & development programs is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
- Strong learning agility and confidence in delivering training sessions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel/relocate as per business requirements.
Compensation: As per company rule.
Educational Description: Master’s degree or equivalent qualification.
