This is a full-time on-site role for a Video Editor Intern located in Kathmandu. About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented video editor intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling through video and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The intern will assist in editing engaging video content for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.

Qualifications

Edit raw footage into high-quality videos aligned with brand guidelines.
Assist in creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
Add sound effects, music, graphics, subtitles, and visual effects where required.
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project objectives.
Support in organizing and managing video assets and archives.
Stay updated with current video trends and suggest creative ideas.
Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects within deadlines.
Passion for creativity and visual storytelling

Required Skills & Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Media, Film Production, mass communication, or a related field.
Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Adobe premier Pro , Photoshop, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools is a plus.
Understanding of video formats, resolution, and aspect ratios for digital platforms.
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Good communication and time management skills.
