Job Specification:
Ensure high-quality video output meeting broadcast and digital media standards
Support live broadcasts, podcasts, recordings, interviews, events, and special programs
Maintain proper framing, focus, lighting, and audio-video synchronization
Perform basic video editing, file transfers, and content archiving
Bachelor’s degree (diploma courses in technical/media-related fields)
Minimum 2 years of experience in video production or broadcast operations
Strong knowledge of camera operations, lighting, and audio fundamentals
Proficient in operating DSLR and broadcast cameras
Working knowledge of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
Close attention to detail and visual quality
Ability to work under tight deadlines and high-pressure environments
