About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a strong background in water treatment, wastewater management, environmental engineering, or industrial solutions. The ideal candidate will lead demand generation, brand positioning, and channel partnerships for STP, ETP, WTP, heat pump solutions, and commercial water storage systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies for water & wastewater solutions (STP, ETP, WTP).
• Drive lead generation through digital marketing, tenders, events, and channel partners.
• Create technical marketing content: brochures, case studies, proposals, presentations.
• Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to translate technical solutions into clear value propositions.
• Manage tender marketing, pre-bid positioning, and brand visibility in institutional & industrial segments. • Oversee digital presence (website, LinkedIn, email campaigns) and agency partners.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing/positioning insights.
• Build relationships with consultants, EPCs, architects, hotels, hospitals, and industrial clients.
• Track KPIs, ROI, and prepare monthly performance reports.
Required Experience & Skills
• 3+ years of marketing experience in a similar industry: water treatment, wastewater, environmental engineering, utilities, HVAC, MEP, or industrial solutions.
• Proven B2B marketing and lead-generation track record.
• Strong understanding of STP/ETP/WTP processes and industrial/commercial buyers.
• Experience with tenders, institutional sales cycles, and consultant-driven projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Digital marketing literacy (LinkedIn, Google Ads, CRM, email marketing).
Preferred Qualifications
• Engineering background or marketing experience with similar firms.
• Experience working with EPC contractors or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of sustainability, compliance, and environmental standards.
