TPM Executive

Position: TPM Executive
Location: Ramgram-11, Nawalparasi

Academic Qualification & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Fresher or 1-3 years of relevant experience

Key Skills:

Knowledge of TPM, kaizen, Lean Manufacturing, and manufacturing processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation and reporting skills
Effective teamwork, communication, time management, accountability, and proactiveness
Job Description: Define, establish and monitor KPIs and targets for plant, departments and TPM pillars
Conduct audits to ensure TPM Compliance and recommend corrective actions
Facilitate Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives, track outcomes
Conduct TPM training and awareness sessions to promote operational excellence
Review and report TPM progress, providing actionable insights to management
