Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data & Insights Analyst to support B2B marketing programs. The role involves analysing campaign performance, generating insights, and improving reporting processes. This is a client facing role with frequent requirement to share, analyse and discuss data with native English speaking clients. Fluent communication skill will be a must!
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse digital marketing campaign performance using BI tools and reporting platforms
- Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to improve marketing performance
- Prepare and present reports by combining data from multiple sources
- Clean, normalise, and validate data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Support dashboards, analytics programs, and reporting processes
- Understand conversion tracking, events, and attribution models
- Develop and maintain benchmark and performance data
- Work closely with digital and data teams during reporting and optimisation sessions
- Communicate insights and reports to internal teams and international clients
- Assist in documenting processes and data workflows
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts, and data analysis)
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Relevant degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
