Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our fast-growing team at Blys. In this role, you will manage paid social and search campaigns, analyze performance data, and help optimize our digital marketing efforts to drive growth and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital platforms.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Implement best practices in SEM, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with team members to develop creative advertising ideas and concepts.
- Maintain high attention to detail and ensure quality and accuracy in campaign execution.
- Communicate complex ideas clearly to team members and stakeholders.
Job Specification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid social and search campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing role.
- Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, and conversion rate optimization best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling advertising ideas and concepts.
