Job Description
Responsibilities- Plan and execute marketing activities to promote IT software products and services
- Travel across different regions of Nepal for client visits, demos, events, and market research
- Generate leads through field marketing, partnerships, campaigns, and networking
- Coordinate with sales and technical teams to support product positioning and client requirements
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
- Organize and participate in seminars, exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events
- Manage digital marketing initiatives (social media, email campaigns, basic content support)
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners
- Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and performance updates
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing (preferably in IT software or technology sector)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness and flexibility to travel extensively across Nepal
- Basic understanding of software products, SaaS, or IT services
- Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Preferred Skills- Experience working with IT software, ERP, SaaS, or digital products
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Familiarity with regional markets within Nepal
