We’re Hiring: Junior / Mid-Level Digital Marketing Executive

Webtuned Studio is looking for a motivated Junior / Mid-Level Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on digital marketing experience, a solid understanding of branding, and the ability to coordinate between clients, creative, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing projects.

Role Summary

You will work closely with the digital marketing and creative teams to manage client communication, oversee creative approvals, assist in campaign planning, and help maintain brand consistency across projects. This is a full-time, on-site position suited for a proactive professional ready to grow within a creative agency environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Communicate with clients and obtain approvals for campaigns, designs, and creative deliverables
2. Coordinate with designers, editors, and marketing team members to ensure timely execution
3. Assign and follow up on tasks within the digital marketing team
4. Assist in planning content calendars, campaigns, and brand initiatives
5. Support branding, graphics, and video-related projects to maintain quality and consistency
6. Participate in presentations, meetings, and marketing content when required (including on-camera appearances)
7. Ensure brand guidelines and campaign objectives are followed across all platforms

Requirements

1. Minimum 1.5 years of experience in digital marketing (excluding internships)
2. Bachelor’s degree completed
3. Good understanding of branding principles and digital campaign execution
4. Familiarity with graphics, video workflows, and content planning
5. Strong communication skills with client-facing confidence
6. Leadership exposure (handled projects, teams, or initiatives) preferred
7. Comfortable appearing on camera when needed for marketing content
8. Own two-wheeler with valid license (preferred)

Work Schedule

• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Sunday to Friday)
• Occasional additional hours may be required based on project deadlines
