Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for a Regional Sales Manager. The responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a regional sales team, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying business opportunities, ensuring revenue targets are met, and preparing performance reports. The role also requires analyzing market trends, providing feedback to improve products or services, and representing the company at industry events or meetings.


Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall sales operations and performance of market.

• Manage, monitor, and support RDs to ensure efficient sales, distribution, and market coverage.

• Lead and supervise the sales team, ensuring they meet assigned business targets.

• Develop, execute, and monitor sales plans, targets, and market strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

• Plan and execute market expansion activities, including identifying new areas, enhancing retail presence, and improving channel capacity.

• Evaluate and recommend creation or dismissal of RDs based on performance and strategic needs.

• Oversee product order planning, stock allocation, and proper stock placement within RD territories.

• Coordinate and implement branding, visibility, and retail marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence in the market.

• Ensure retail execution standards and brand guidelines are maintained consistently across outlets.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, logistics, and finance to support smooth operations.


Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field.

• Min. 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Mobiles or Electronics products industry.

• Strong understanding of sales operations, distribution management, and retail marketing.

• Excellent skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis for reporting and planning.

• Good understanding of the market landscape and product category knowledge.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
