  • This role will support the Brand Manager by handling operational social media activities while staying aligned with overall brand direction 
  • Dedicated ownership will help ensure consistency, responsiveness, and better execution outcomes 


When This Role Is Required 

  • Audience interaction and brand discovery through social media begin immediately and continue daily 
  • Our presence spans platforms such as Meta, X, Reddit, Telegram, Discord, and similar channels, each with different audience behaviour and communication styles 
  • Engagement and community conversations require regular monitoring and timely responses 
  • Prompt handling of queries and concerns is important for building trust and credibility 
  • As we enter a competitive space, social media execution needs continuous involvement and adaptation 
  • To avoid missed engagement and ensure smooth execution, this role is required from the start and on an ongoing basis 


Role & Responsibilities 

  • Support the management of regular activity across all social media platforms 
  • Execute content posting and scheduling as per the defined content plan 
  • Assist the Brand Manager in developing monthly content strategies and content calendars 
  • Help adapt content, captions, and messaging based on platform behaviour and audience expectations 
  • Write and refine captions and short-form copy suitable for different platforms 
  • Monitor comments, messages, and community discussions and respond in a timely and appropriate manner 
  • Observe competitor activity and note content formats, engagement styles, and patterns 
  • Use relevant social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools as required 
  • Track basic performance metrics and share observations and learnings 
  • Continuously improve execution based on feedback, performance, and experimentation 


Required Qualifications & Skill Set 

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and how they differ in tone and usage 
  • Basic understanding of captions, copywriting, and social media communication 
  • Awareness that content and messaging need to be adapted per platform 
  • Comfort engaging with users and handling conversations professionally 
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take feedback constructively 
  • Good written communication and coordination skills 
  • Strong interest in brand building, digital marketing, and social media growth
