Role Description

The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting the resort's unique offerings and events. The role includes planning and implementing sales strategies, managing booking inquiries, preparing personalized proposals, and coordinating with team to enhance brand visibility. As a full-time, based in Kathmandu, the Sales Executive will work closely with team to meet and exceed revenue targets.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales, Client Relationship Management, and Customer Service
  • Strong skills in Communication, Negotiation, and Networking
  • Experience in Hospitality, Event Planning, or Travel and Tourism industries
  • Proficiency in using software and other sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
