Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Officer located in Nepalgunj. The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for greeting and assisting visitors, managing incoming phone calls, scheduling appointments, and overseeing daily front desk operations.

The role requires maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere, supporting administrative tasks, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and staff.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
Proficiency in receptionist duties, including handling phone calls, inquiries, and appointment scheduling
Excellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly approach
Experience handling office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephone systems
Knowledge of office administration, organization, and record management
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently
Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Basic content creation skills for social media or office communications will be an added advantage
Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is preferred but not mandatory
