The Role: We are looking for a high-persuasion Enrollment Advisor to join Orka Socials. You won't be "cold calling." You will be managing a flood of inbound interest from students who want to change their lives through our SEO Mastery Course. Your job is to guide them from "Curious" to "Enrolled."

The Mission:

High-Volume Conversion: Turn DM inquiries and Lead Forms into enrolled students through high-energy phone calls and WhatsApp closing.
Objection Handling: You are the "Fear-Killer." You will address concerns about pricing, time, and ROI with empathy and authority.
The Pipeline Architect: Maintain a "Zero-Leak" pipeline. If someone inquires at 10:00 AM, they should have a response by 10:05 AM.

Your KPIs:

Enrolment Rate: Total Leads vs. Paid Students.
Response Time: How fast you "strike while the iron is hot."
Revenue Generated: Directly tied to your monthly bonus.

What We Need From You:

The "Closer" Mindset: You enjoy the "hunt" and the "win" of a closed sale.
Exceptional Empathy: You can listen to a student's struggle and position the course as the bridge to their dream.
Multilingual Mastery: You must be able to switch between professional English and relatable, persuasive Nepali effortlessly.

Qualifications:

Proven Sales Track Record: 1–2 years in sales (Education, Insurance, or High-Ticket services preferred).
Persistence: You don't take "Let me think about it" as a No; you take it as a "Follow up with more value."
Education: Bachelor’s degree (But we care more about your closing rate than your certificate).
