Location: Pulchowk, Lalitpur
KidNCode Nepal is building two engines of growth at once: a technology learning center for the next generation, and a digital marketing startup helping businesses grow online.
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who can stand at that intersection—someone who understands technology, communicates with clarity, and knows how to turn conversations into partnerships.
What You’ll Do
• Drive business growth for both our tech learning center and digital marketing services
• Build relationships with schools, parents, businesses, and partners
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations
• Identify new opportunities and partnerships
• Learn and use our custom management software and CRM to track leads and growth
• Help shape the strategy as we expand
What We’re Looking For
• Good knowledge of the technology world and curiosity to keep learning
• Comfortable in a people-facing role with strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent presentation and storytelling abilities
• Ability to quickly learn and use internal software tools and CRM systems
• Outstanding communication skills in both Nepali and English
• Self-driven mindset with the ability to grow opportunities from the ground up
