Job Description

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review programme manuals and related educational documents thoroughly and maintain detailed notes for reference.

  • Develop weekly plans for school visits based on programme requirements and mentor guidance.

  • Prepare necessary training materials, documents, and demonstration resources before scheduled school visits.

  • Coordinate with school management and internal administration regarding visit schedules and programme activities.

  • Observe classroom teaching practices and provide guidance based on effective teaching methodologies.

  • Apply adult learning principles when training teachers and providing professional support.

  • Prepare discussion points, challenges, and agenda items for regular review meetings.

  • Collect reports from school coordinators during visits and compile them for internal review.

  • Prepare detailed weekly reports covering field observations, teacher performance, and improvement recommendations.

  • Collect feedback from teachers, coordinators, and school stakeholders and communicate it to the training coordinator.

  • Track programme implementation progress in schools and update management teams through regular monitoring reports.

  • Conduct assessments, cross-checks, and occasional surprise classroom observations to evaluate teaching effectiveness and student progress.

  • Analyse the impact of training programmes on teachers and students.

  • Recommend improvements to teaching practices, training materials, and program implementation strategies.
