About The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and drive efficiency across our property, lending, and brokerage divisions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong people management skills, operational expertise, and industry knowledge to support business growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with company’s Managing Director to manage the business operations of the company in execution of daily business activities.
  • Oversee end-to-end processes related to all business units and Departments.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance productivity and service quality.
  • Collaborate with various business units to streamline workflows and achieve business goals.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure adherence to company standards and compliance requirements.
  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor team members, fostering a positive and accountable work culture.
  • Support management in planning, forecasting, and executing strategic initiatives.
  • Handle escalations and ensure high-quality client experience throughout operational processes.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in real estate, finance, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational systems, CRM tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, and process optimization.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
