Job Description:- Assist in achieving sales targets for Tata BUS segment vehicles in the assigned territory
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, fleet owners, and institutional customers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits and networking
- Conduct product presentations and explain features, pricing, and financing options to customers
- Support senior sales officers in deal negotiation, order processing, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams (finance, service, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery of vehicles
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular market intelligence reports
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and after-sales coordination to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in promotional activities, roadshows, and exhibitions in the Pokhara regionPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports as required by management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in sales or marketing (automobile or FMCG experience preferred)
- Strong interest in automobile sales, especially commercial vehicles
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Nepali and English (Hindi is an advantage)
- Ability to build rapport with customers and work in a target-driven environment
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel extensively within and around Pokhara
- Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
